Off-season plans

Summer build
Use the summer months to build a rock-solid foundation. This plan focuses on strength, power, and joint resilience, so you arrive at winter with the kind of fitness most skiers only achieve after day three on the slopes.
Off-season maintenance
Keep your gains without burning out. This plan is perfect for staying conditioned when you're juggling other sports, travel, or work. Low volume, high impact, just enough to stay ski-ready year-round.
After Summer Comeback

These ski training plans are designed for real-life skiers, people who work hard all year, look forward to their winter trip, and want to make the most of every day on the mountain. Too often, day two hits and the legs are already sore but with the right preparation, that doesn’t have to happen. Our programs focus on building the strength, stamina, and stability your body needs to ski longer, feel better, and recover faster.

Beginner
Our Foundation plan is for first-time skiers or those still working on the basics, like snowplowing and controlling speed on the runs. You want to feel physically prepared before hitting the slopes. Since your runs may take longer and the intensity is low, this plan focuses on building stamina and improving mobility, helping you ski longer, stay more comfortable, and reduce your risk of injury, especially in the legs and lower back.
Intermediate
The Stamina plan is for those who enjoy skiing on blue runs and feel comfortable on easy red runs. Your speed is increasing, your technique is more consistent, and turns are getting more dynamic, but they also place more strain on your body. This plan builds endurance, leg strength, and core stability, while maintaining mobility to help you ski longer with less fatigue and lower your chance of getting hurt on steeper, more demanding terrain.
Advanced
The Power plan is for skiers confidently tackling red and black runs, skiing fast, carving aggressively, and maybe even going off-piste. The runs are shorter, but the intensity is high, and your body takes more impact. This plan prioritises explosive strength, joint resilience, and control under pressure, while keeping mobility sharp, so you can push your limits while staying strong and still have legs to dance at the Après-ski.

When your fitness needs to match your ambition, elite skiers get periodised, performance-driven plans built with Olympian-level programming. Created by Andrea Viano, who has trained World Cup and Olympic-level athletes, these plans use the same training frameworks trusted by pros, adapted to your equipment, time, and goals.
Elite
Our Elite plan is designed for expert skiers seeking top-level performance on every run. Whether you're training for black runs, back-to-back resort days, this plan delivers serious gains in strength, agility, and ski-specific resilience.
Off-piste legend
The Off-Piste Legend plan prepares your body for unpredictable terrain, variable conditions, and longer descents. You'll build balance, core control, and unilateral strength to stay safe and powerful wherever the mountain takes you.
Racing pro
The Racing Pro plan is for competitive skiers aiming for peak performance and race-ready conditioning. It combines advanced plyometrics, mobility, and energy system training to sharpen reaction time, edge control, and recovery speed.
